A few weeks ago I posted up the under 16 football semi final. Well number two son Andrew, was unable to play in the final due to injury.
The game went to a penalty shoot out and we lost.
This is that horrible moment.

I am so sorry! That kind of loss is always heart breaking. It must be even harder when it's your son (or daughter's team). You are just that much more emotional invested. My son just started his athletic "career" in baseball and lacrosse this year. I am sure we will have lots of heart breaks along the way.
Hope #2 has a speedy recovery from his injury. :)
